As a Customer Resolutions Officer, you will be accountable for ensuring all correction requests and enquiries are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. You will act fairly to both the customer and the organization against who the request is made and ensure each request is addressed in an equitable, objective and unbiased manner through the correct process. So, what will impress us?

  • Min. 1-year experience in collections/dispute resolution
  • Knowledge/background in credit reporting
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A high attention to detail
