We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and customer-focused Junior (Graduate level) Business Analyst to join the Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre team for a fixed term appointment of 8 months (with the possibility of extension). The Centre focuses on moving from complex manual processes to fully dynamic, standardised and streamlined digital solutions supported by a seamless integration of technology. The team works in an agile environment and uses their advanced knowledge of process improvement and technology to delivery significant business and digital transformation projects within the University. Position overview The Junior Business Analyst role forms an integral part of the team, assisting in the design of processes for enterprise services with a focus on human centred design and the experience of the customer. Utilising a collaborative and human-centred approach, you will interpret customer needs and experiences, translating these into customer journey maps, process maps and requirement specifications. This role provides the opportunity to strengthen your skills and experience in a highly supportive team environment while actively contributing to the improvement of services at the University.
