Principal Engineer – Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer role delivers business value through defining, leading and influencing quality practices, processes and framework across Westpac Group. Quality Engineer manages the specification, design and governs the development and delivery of quality outcomes for our customers. Quality Engineer actively promotes best practices ensuring adherence to the quality principles and commitment to continuous process improvement. This role will operate predominantly in an Agile environment and such will be required to support the technology capabilities to effectively deliver value to customers. This role is for individuals who have deep knowledge and skills in an area of specialisation, along with the desire and ability to learn across disciplines. Experience Required: Experience in domain knowledge (Quality) and a strong capacity to influence, lead change and transform cross functional groups Strong experience working and navigating around a large and complex organisation Extensive experience working with senior stakeholder, understanding their viewpoints and synergising and prioritising Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment, working as in multiple roles Westpac Group is an equal opportunity employer.
